The **Account Manager** is the advocate for client Directors of Care/Administrators and partners with internal Gifted Hands departments to ensure that customer needs are understood and delivered successfully improving the overall customer experience.
As the Account Manager you act as the communication connection between clients and Gifted Hands. You will be responsible for follow up of previous and existing clients and finding new ways to create and maintain positive relationships.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- **Sales**: you will follow up weekly on all dormant accounts to reactivate their relationship with GHSS. This includes facilitating sales meetings, hosting webinars, and negotiating contracts and renewals. You will confidently communicate the advantages of GHSS as a solution to their staffing needs.
- Support successful implementation: once a customer is activated/reactivated, you will collaborate with GHSS operations, human resources, and scheduling teams to ensure a successful implementation. You will follow up and stay close to customers to troubleshoot issues proactively and with a sense of urgency.
- Drive revenue generation: a major portion of your work and success will be measured against your ability to grow relationships with GHSS customers and reactivate dormant accounts. You will build trust and credibility by promptly acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their expectations and enable positive relationships as well as meet monthly revenue targets.

- Client and relationship focused; your significant client-facing experience in delivery, and customer success, of over 3 years allows you understand how to work alongside customers. You value positive relationships with stakeholders both external and internal to GHSS. You are responsible for the overall customer experience, and retention that is achieved by educating various departments within GHSS.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
