Lexus South Pointe is looking for a full-time Shuttle Driver/Drive Through Attendant

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is a very important part of our customer service process. You are responsible for safely transporting customers and providing superior service in the most efficient and accommodating manner. Drivers must have great communication skills both oral and written to interact with fellow drivers and customers as well as the public they interact with. Commitment, patience, maturity, and initiative are required qualities. A shuttle driver understands they are viewed by the public as a representative of Lexus South Pointe. You must ensure you safely operate Lexus's vehicles with the utmost respect and courtesy. Other responsibilities include(but are not limited to):

- Organizing and cleaning the drive through
- Moving tires
- Cleaning vehicles
- Completing vehicle walk arounds and taking photos of vehicles
- Managing the loaner vehicle inventory
- Picking up and dropping off vehicles
- Picking up and dropping off parts

Skills & Qualifications:

- Must possess excellent driving skills and manners (no speeding, abrupt turning, reckless driving, etc.)
- Valid Alberta Driver's License
- Must have excellent **customer service skills**:

- Clean Driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years driving experience with no collisions
- Positive, upbeat, and respectful
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluent in English
- Drive safely, responsibly, and be prepared for all road conditions
- Follow all rules of the road at all times without exceptions
- Respect fellow employees, equipment, and customers
- Customer service is our #1 priority. Greet all our guests in a friendly manner

Benefits will be active after 6 months.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
- Some overtime when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 per hour
