Whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps towards fitness, a seasoned fitness enthusiast, or someone who has been following a similar program or attending random drop-in classes, our structured and evidence-based strength training program is designed to help you achieve the best shape of your life. Role Summary:
**Requirements**:
- Coach 10 to 15 one hour sessions per week. Combination of group classes and personal training sessions.
- Direct staff meetings, complete staff development meetings & member events
**Responsibilities**:
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline to surpass KPI metric targets for both growth and customer retention.
- Adapt the club's strategy, plans, and actions to consistently make progress and achieve results in terms of club performance.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing and continuously seeking ways to improve our standards.
- Build and nurture a team of coaches and member experience leads by attracting, hiring, developing and coaching individuals who align with our culture and will contribute to the excellence of our team and member experience
- Head coach to lead programming for small group training and personal training, coaching a base number of classes and personal training sessions per week.
- Drive programs for loyalty and referral achieving monthly targets
- Overall management of all aspects of fitness club driving profitability
- Improve all club operations, systems and process
Compensation:
$45,000 - $90,000 total annual (base salary + bonus)

Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years Certified Personal Trainer
1 + years in a leadership position in which you led a client-facing team, managed projects, and responsible for revenue growth (fitness industry leadership preferred)
Continuing education certifications in fitness an asset
Social media/marketing experience and success an asset
Proficiency in Mindbody, Canva, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey
