_**Marketplace MedSpa**_ is Reputable and well established Medical Spa in Milton known for its great laser & injectables services, is expanding its services & currently looking for a Business oriented enthusiastic, sales driven and professional Medical Aesthetician.

Must be good at reaching out to our clients and market our services - Strong telemarketig and business development skills is big advanatge.

Must be willing to learn all services offered by our practice, educate the patients on these services and assist in growing our aesthetics business. We are extremely focused on delivering the highest level of care and you would share the same ideals and thrive in a service environment. Strong _customer service skills is a must, be able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage various job duties simultaneously_, maintain a high level of customer service and deliver quality patient care.
- Perform all medical aesthetic services
- Working experience with Laser technology (Minimum of 1 year) - preferably using the BBL platform by Sciton.
- provide consultation for skin care assessments
- foster a long term relationship with our patient base for skin care/preventative aging
- educate patients pre and post procedure care, frequency of treatment
- maintain high quality and safety standards of our clinic
- Knowledge of skin types, conditions and basic treatments
- Love for Instagram, Facebook and digital marketing. Taking the initiative in designing posts and taking videos/pictures and seeking media consent.
- Confidence in selling additional Laser Services & Skin Care Products to all existing and prospective Self-driven with an ability to work fast and precisely.

**Responsibilities include**:
Performing aesthetic procedures and aesthetic laser treatments
Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients
Educating patients on options for skincare treatment and developing individualized skincare treatment plans
Document all patient encounters according to practice guidelines
Provide caring guidance to all patients
Ability to recognize patient needs and customize individual care
Possess warm & inviting personality in the entire patient experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**

▪︎Medical Aesthetician Certificate
▪︎Knowledge of skincare lines and products preferably Vivier & Eltraderm
▪︎Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
▪︎Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
▪︎Strong team player & Multi Tasker
▪︎Experience in Micro needling & dermabrasion, Chemical Peel and facial procedures
▪︎Willing to work flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs

▪︎Advanced in computer skills with excel, word, power point & most importantly one EMR system preferably Accuro

**Requirements**:

- Must be licensed Medical Aesthetician
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working in a Medical Spa
- Passionate about medical aesthetics
- Understanding, responsive, and willing to provide exceptional care to patients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent follow up with patients

- Sciton Forever Bare BBL
- Sciton SkinTyte

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
