Medical Aesthetician

**Job Summary**
Marketplace MedSpa is an established medical aesthetics clinic serving the Halton region and the GTA west. We are a fast-growing organization which is constantly evolving and expanding our operations. We are currently looking to add a skilled and passionate experienced laser technician/medical aesthetician to its close-knit team and take our clients on a journey to reach their skin care goals

**Responsibilities**
- Promote our services to the many thousands of our family practice patients
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials,MicroNeedling, MicroDermabrasion, laser hair removal and other anti ageing laser treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of skincare products.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Upsell services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Provide excellent hospitality to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Medical aesthetician license in accordance with regulations.
- SPossess great marketing & social media skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus.

**Qualifications** (must haves): Graduated from a licensed and respectable aesthetician school
- **Minimum**of 1 year experience as an Aesthetician/Laser Technician (required)
- **Minimum** of 1 year experience with Sciton Forever Young BBL (required)
- **Minimum** of 1 year laser hair removal experience ( required)
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to work quickly and independently as well as closely with a team
- Attention to detail and takes pride in providing superior services
- Provides exceptional + friendly customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
