**Responsibilities**
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing and labeling products according to specifications.
- Utilize order picking techniques to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Load and unload packages from delivery trucks using forklifts or reach trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through MRP systems.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure correct order quantities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce practices and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
- Experience with order picking and packaging techniques is advantageous.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
