**Job Summary**

We’re seeking an energetic, hands-on Field Service Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internet, television, and voice services at residential and commercial locations. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical expertise with service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, test, and configure fiber and copper-based services (internet, voice, and video)
- Diagnose and repair customer issues related to service, equipment, or wiring
- Educate customers on product use, router setup, and best practices
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using mobile tools and systems
- Coordinate with dispatch and network operations center for field assignments
- Travel within assigned service areas using company vehicle

**Qualifications**

High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)

Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and clean driving record

1+ years of experience in field service, telecommunications, or related technical field

Knowledge of fiber optics, coaxial, and twisted-pair cabling preferred

Comfortable using hand tools, ladders, and diagnostic equipment

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in outdoor conditions, and enter crawl spaces or attics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.65-$35.87 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
