We are looking for a passionate and confident **Retail Sales Associate** who is not only skilled in sales but also has the potential to represent our brand as a model for our exclusive knitwear line. If you have a love for fashion, a strong sales drive, and a confident presence, we’d love to hear from you

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers and helping them find the perfect styles.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with social media content by modeling our knitwear for promotional photos and videos (if applicable).
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and product knowledge to make personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience is the must.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Confidence in front of a camera for potential modeling opportunities.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible shifts 10-18.00, availability on weekends not required.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
