**Position DETAILS**:

- Our production runs 24/7, on a biweekly schedule. Shifts are 12 hours (7-7) with a 4 week rotation (day - night shift)_

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee team of up to 12-15 teammates in production area;
- Plan, assign and follow-up on work activities in your areas and meet required goals;
- Train employees, obtain performance results, organize and assign work, and maintain productive, safe and motivating environment;
- Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
- Implement and actively ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Troubleshoot and adjust parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output
- Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement
- Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and maintain safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- Effectively problem solve, delegate and follow-up on tasks assigned to Team Members;
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills;
- Goal focused with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment with high attention to detail;
- Able to troubleshoot issues, anticipate problems and make logical decisions;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, policies, operating and maintenance instructions, work orders, assembly specifications and procedures manuals;
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP);
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work under time pressures;
- Approachable, positive interpersonal style.

**EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in plastic manufacturing
- 3-5 years in supervision
