**Position Overview**
We are seeking **two experienced Upholsterers** to join our growing team in Mississauga at our new location at 2500 Meadowpine blvd unit 11&12. These roles are ideal for craftsmen who take pride in their work, value precision, and want to be part of a company that still believes in **doing things the right way**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform high-quality upholstery on new and restored furniture, including chairs, sofas, banquettes, headboards, and custom commercial pieces.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret custom furniture specs and deliver client vision.
- Select, cut, and attach appropriate padding and fabrics with attention to detail and consistency.
- Perform frame inspections and minor structural repairs where required.
- Work with a variety of materials including leather, high-end fabrics, vinyl, and synthetics.
- Meet production timelines while maintaining artisanal standards.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5 years of professional upholstery experience**:
- Proven ability to produce both traditional and modern upholstery styles
- Skilled with pneumatic tools, sewing machines, and hand tools
- Experience working on both **residential and commercial furniture**:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to read drawings and follow custom specifications
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
