**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Fabricate and assemble upholstered furniture and items according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery, including CNC equipment, to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for moving materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work using tools such as calipers to ensure precision.
- Operate forklifts safely when necessary for transporting materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upholsterer or in a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery.
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and build upholstered items with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- A background in carpentry is a plus but not mandatory.
