**Job Summary**:

- The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching inventory with accuracy and care. This role coordinates closely with Sales and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely, well-organized shipments and accurate record-keeping_


**Responsibilities**

**Handling & Inventory Management**
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
- Manually handle or use equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified) to move goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records in the warehouse management system.

**Shipping Planning & Order Coordination**
- Receive order details from the Sales team and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Pack, label, and organize shipments according to transportation requirements.
- Ensure orders are dispatched on schedule and meet quality standards.

**Coordination with Logistics & Transportation Partners (3PL)**
- Communicate with FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL carriers, etc., to arrange transportation.
- Monitor shipping progress and resolve any arising issues (e.g., delays, shortages).
- Record shipment details and update the system accordingly.

**Workplace Safety & Warehouse Maintenance**
- Follow proper safety protocols when moving and organizing goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Report any incidents related to goods or equipment immediately.


**Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations
- **Forklift certification is a must**:

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with Sales and logistics partners.
- Familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and engaging in activities such as prolonged standing, bending, and operating machinery (if any)
