Warehouse Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing goods within our warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Storing goods in an organized and efficient manner
- Retrieving and preparing orders for shipping
- Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with inventory control and record keeping

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Helpful skills to have:

- Experience with vaping and smoking/cannabis products
- Proficiency in Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
