Our head office located in Markham, and we are hiring office manager who will be dedicated and focused on a company’s daily operations.

Qualification:

- 5+ Years relative working experience in Office Admin;
- Able to excel and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to achieve project goals.
- Extensive organizational expertise and experience in business operation including bookkeeping and human resource management.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Hard work and able to working under pressure

Responsibility:

- Liaise with all levels of the company as well as clients, business associates and vendors;
- Review incoming and outgoing correspondence, organize, delegate or respond to same as required;
- Manage follow-up procedures to ensure that all correspondence is dealt with in a professional and timely manner;
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, optimizing his time, by preparing information required for each meeting in advance;
- Coordinate with departments to assist with the different projects, meetings and marketing efforts.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
