*Job Summary*

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. The Support Worker will be responsible for offering support in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and home care environments.

*Duties*
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide patient care and support with activities of daily living
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Help with mobility and transportation needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals under care

*Required Qualifications*
- A Diploma in PSW
- 1- 2 years of experience or background in nursing, patient care, senior care, or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
