**Personal Support Worker (PSW)**:

CareKW is looking for skilled and reliable individuals to join our PSW team providing support at local facilities and for individuals in the community. Positions available in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph

**Personal Support Workers (PSWs) Requirements**:

- Personal Support Worker Certificate or Health Care experience
- Valid work/study permit (if applicable)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 3 months of hire)
- Up-to-date Immunization Records (MMR, TDAP, Varicella, Hep B, Covid-19)
- Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) certificate of completion considered an asset
- Non-Violence Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certificate of completion considered an asset
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to follow client care plan
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent patient service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
