Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Client

Under the direction of the Director, BusinessAnalysis & Systems Support
- Provide project management and business analysis services to various initiatives on the Financial Markets

and Operational Resilience
- Organize and coordinate project planning sessions
- Work with the sponsors and leads on the different initiatives to achieve the expected scope/outcomes
- Prepare the documentation and assist with the various sessions
- Ensure documentation is complete, well organized, and consumable by downstream stakeholders.
- Summarize the results of each session and ensure risks and gaps have been well identified and accepted
- Represent the finding of the session using a risk base approach
- Other related activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

- University degree or college diploma in computer science and/or project management
- A minimum of (5) years demonstrating experience in project support or coordination
- A minimum of (2) years of demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders across

departments
- Demonstratedexperiencein managing scope and timelines
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating large group sessions to gather information with

individuals at a senior level
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with operational risks, and mitigations.

- Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
