**About the role**

The Analyst - System role is responsible to perform in-depth analysis, planning, documentation and implementation processes in order to adapt software to Future needs. Integral to the role is the ability to manipulate raw data in a meticulous manner while working under tight time constraints.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Analysis of business process
- Solutions and designs for operational and functional enhancements
- Interface with users to produce system proposal by means of a functional specification / overview
- Obtain user approval of functional requirements
- Participation in planning and executing of project implementation
- Assist in the solution identification during development project
- Testing of team members’ tasks
- A fundamental understanding of Future’s business practices, as well as a thorough understanding of the entire _assigned functional area_
- Provide first class customer service level to all internal customers
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- University education or commensurate experience specifically in related fields
