**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Perform quality reviews, write reports, raise requests for supplier action and follow up.
- Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
- Provides daily visibility on supplier issues to Manufacturing team.
- Technical investigation to assure concrete Liability.
- Provide fully detailed documentation / report on Supplier issues.
- Establish Containment plan in Manufacturing (short term).
- Suppliers visit Support in Manufacturing site.
- Not limited to.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of quality management system.
- Change management skills.
- Experience in problem resolution techniques.
- Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French).
- Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP.
- Systems, process, or product auditing.
- Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external.
- Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills.
