Location: Richmond (other locations may be added from time to time)
Role: Part-time Hourly and Full-time
Reporting to: Yaw Osei, Academy Technical Director and Co-Founder

Supra Academy exists to provide a player-centered, world-class, professional soccer training for players at all levels through exceptional programs, coaching, and facilities.

Our passion to be “above the rest” inspires pride for all the players, coaches, and parents in our academy.

As a result of our growing membership, we are looking for an additional part-time Coach to assist with one of our programs as well provide on demand individual and small group training sessions.
- **Job Specifications**:
**- **Evening availability between 5:00 and 9:00 PM
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday availability (flexible scheduling is possible) and weekend scheduling is also available
- Ages range from U6 to U18
- Vehicle required

**Compensation**:
$30 to $45 / hour, minimum 15 hours per week

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Completed Activ Start (or higher) BC Soccer Coaching accreditation or equivalent playing experience (ie. College level)
- Must have or get a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC)
- Will be required to utilize various technology platforms such as session booking software, WhatsApp, Teamsnap, Veo etc.
- Valid driver’s license is required to ensure you are able to get to / from sessions with ease

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes**:

- Possess strong organizational skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have attention to detail - the little things matter
- Be a team player - our broader coaching team consists of 6-8 coaches
- Have the ability to flourish with mínimal guidance and be a self starter, this is a great opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurially minded
- Bring outstanding interpersonal skills; with a demonstrated ability to develop relationships and work with young children as well as interact with their parents/guardians and members of our community
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Attend coaching meetings
