CET is looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Regional Account Manager. Your job will be to maximize CET’s revenue in your territory by recruiting and managing a roster of exceptional dealers and ensuring that they have what they need to be successful. You are a people person and love building strong relationships that endure. You like the challenge of building a territory from scratch and never shy away from a challenge.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _Territory Planning & Management_ - Maximize the revenue from your territory, managing the dealers and distributors selling CET products.
- _Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding_ - Identify, recruit, and onboard new, high-potential dealers.
- _Dealer Relationship Management_ - Build strong relationships with dealers in your territory, and work with them to grow sales of CET’s products.
- _Market Development_ - Drive awareness of CET in key markets by engaging key stakeholders through Lunch & Learns, Webinars, Training, etc.
- _Issue Escalation_ - Help the Customer Success team when thorny issues arise that require your expertise & relationships to navigate.

**ALSO IMPORTANT**:

- Accurately forecast the performance of your territory
- Participate and contribute as a member of the broader CET team
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts, traveling up to 50% of the time
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
- Share customer and competitor intel/insights with relevant individuals/teams

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 5+ years' experience selling specified building products
- Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies, tactics & players
- Strong communication and presentation skills - we are looking for relationship builders
- Have travelled for business and are comfortable driving your own vehicle for work

**BONUS EXPERIENCE**:

- Industry Experience - Experience with Gas Detection, HVAC, Controls and/or Instrumentation
- Technical Background - A background in engineering or a related technical discipline
