Miller is a leader in waste management, providing government and industries with a wide range of services in the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Manitoba, Miller has 50 years’ experience in the waste management sector and operates out of 30 locations.

**Location**: Richmond Hill

**Pay Rate**: $16.50

**Hours**: This position is minimum 3 days a week, 10 hours a day. Hours may vary depending on workload and organizational requirements. Saturdays a must. (Seasonal)

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of Retail Sales Desk, Sales Support, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Providing superior customer service
- Taking orders, providing quotes, arranging trucking, logistics
- Resolving customer Enquiries
- Resolving customer transactions; dispatching orders to loaders
- Balancing cash reports and distribution of associated paperwork
- Maintaining an accurate and current customer data base
- Responsible for ensuring updated and accurate site data records are
- Readily available
- Providing back up relief to Scale House at various times/locations as required
- General office duties and special projects as required or assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Most possessexcellent entrepreneurial, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel, strong PC based systems knowledge; with excellent

keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Previous customer service/sales experience an asset
- Geographical knowledge of surrounding regions is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding customer service is a key
- Must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as

required.
