**T.T.E**, a rapidly growing digital consulting company, is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project tasks, resources, and schedules, ensuring all project requirements and objectives are met.
- Assist Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential risks or delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and efficient task completion.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of project management tools and methodologies.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, conference calls, and other team interactions.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers as needed, including invoice processing and contract administration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the [Industry] sector.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34,535.12-$45,000.00 per year
