**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to comply with health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation during peak hours to support kitchen staff as needed.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
