**What you'll do**:

- Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
- Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way
- Document all responses accurately for the signals
- Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently
- Participate in training and development, for professional growth.

**What We're Looking for ?**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations
- willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must able to pass a background check
- Able to pass two week training class
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- **Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.**
