Look for an experienced team leader to join our Clean International Cornwall team. This is a nighttime role, working alongside and supervising factory cleaners. This individual will ensure that employees are acting in accordance with health and safety as well as following proper procedures. Potential employees should have experience in food production and the ability to lead others.

**What a team leader does**:

- Coordinate the work of the crew
- Ensure the security and health of the crew by being informed and following the designated processes.
- Do pre-op inspection and ensure that quality standards are maintained
- Clean and sanitize the plant nightly
- Clean and sanitize employee welfare areas
- Work with industrial cleaning chemicals and sanitizers
- Clean and organize equipment storage areas
- Additional duties as assigned

**Who we are looking for**:

- Able to complete work within a time limit while delivering a quality cleaning job
- Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, walking up and down steps and lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a cold environment, 3-5 degrees Celsius
- Ability to converse in English or French
- Someone who has experience in coaching and managing others
- Someone who has experience working in a food processing plant, experience working in a cleaning-type position and working a night shift.
- Experience working in a cleaning-type position

- Preference is given to those with their own vehicle
Monday to Friday 00h00 to 7h AM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.15 per hour
