- Conduct biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments to evaluate patient needs.
- Work closely with patients to set and achieve their functional goals through personalized treatment plans.
- Lead fitness training or rehabilitation sessions, ensuring safe and effective progress.
- Educate and guide patients on recommended treatment plans, providing clarity and support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient conditions, progress, and treatment plans.
- Document and chart patient progress accurately using electronic charting software, ensuring access to medical information as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related field.
- Certification as a Kinesiologist or eligibility for certification.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of common medical conditions.
- Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in computer operations and electronic medical records systems.
- Multilingual skills (Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese) are an advantage.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
