Job Overview

Indigo Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kinesiologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human movement and rehabilitation practices, with the ability to assess patients and create personalized treatment plans to support mobility, recovery, and long-term health.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients—including private patients, extended health care clients, and ICBC cases—and will collaborate with a team of RMTs, acupuncturists, and clinical counsellors. Strong documentation and charting skills are essential for delivering high-quality care across all patient types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and supervise therapeutic exercise programs to support rehabilitation and performance goals
  • Track and document patient progress using EMR systems (JaneApp preferred)
  • Adjust treatment approaches based on client feedback and progress
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and safe movement strategies
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide professional documentation for both private and insured patients, including ICBC

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field
  • Registered and in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK)
  • Strong proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Korean language ability is considered a strong asset, given our multilingual patient base
  • Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience with ICBC or other third-party billing is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
