**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation for materials and finished product.
- Release and track production work orders in the ERP system.
- Verify paperwork accuracy and resolve discrepancies as required.
- Communicate with warehouse and production teams to coordinate scheduling and priorities.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of shipments, materials, and work orders.
- Provide general administrative support to operations and management.

**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP and Inventory systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
