**Job description**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Interview students to obtain educational background and career goals
- Identify barriers to students and assist students with such matters as study readiness skills, etc
- Assess need for assistance such as further training and planning
- Provide established study/career plan with information and strategies, making or adjusting to study transitions
- Accurately maintains students’ information and creates reports
- Follow up students’ situation by helping them to develop effective and standardized college prep consulting curriculum and workshops

**Qualifications and Skills**:
*University degree in a related Education field
- 5 years related experiences in college preparation and career planning
- Superior writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Local education system

**Assets**:
*Teaching experience

*Ability to carry out various tasks, desire to have high impact in a fast environment

*Knowledge of US colleges and universities

**Working Hours**:
A flex schedule. Weekend may required.

**Salary**:
$50 - $150 per hour depending on experience
