Working in tandem with small teams, the Spa Coordinators are responsible for using their superior time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our business. While providing exceptional customer service, the core functions of the Spa Coordinators’ duties range from answering phones, booking appointments, managing client intake, and handling payments. Ensuring guest satisfaction is the touchstone objective within this department. Your contributions will help maintain our tranquil environment and enhance the overall guest experience. **Responsibilities** - Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. - Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate treatment bookings effectively. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. - Upsell spa services and products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities at all times. - Provide information about treatments, products, and promotions to guests. - Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - *All applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada in order to be considered._ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00 per hour **Benefits**: - On-site parking - Store discount Flexible language requirement: - French not required Shift: - 8 hour shift Work days: - Weekends only Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-05-15
