Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Pre-service customers by providing accurate information about menu items, specials, and available services/deals
- Stock inventory and maintain barista station.
- Prepare and serve beverages including mixing, pouring, pouring cream, etc. as well as bottle service. Clean up all prep work upon completion. Inventory all inventory items. Check product quality standards to ensure proper quality control. Keep bar area clean, sanitized, and organized. Maintain proper knowledge of all products served including coffee, tea, spirits, etc. Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed at all times. Perform opening and closing procedures for each station as assigned. Comply with all food safety, chemical control, sanitation, and safety procedures policies and procedures. Keeps station area clean, sanitized, and organized. Maintains proper knowledge of all products served including coffee, tea, spirits, etc. ensure proper quality control. Ensure that all liquor bottles are properly labeled and that appropriate information is recorded on each bottle at the end of each shift. Keeps the front area clean and sanitized at all times. Keeps floor in room as neat as possible at end of shift. Maintain equipment in an orderly condition as indicated on daily work schedule. Collects and records all beverage unit costs accurately while maintaining proper inventory control system on each shift. Identifies areas where improvements could be made by improving equipment or processes; improves customer service or reduces wait times per shift as applicable

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
