**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while preparing drinks and serving food items.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, drink recipes, and new products.

**Qualifications**
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly environment for patrons.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry.
- Proficient in cashiering skills, including basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing time effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
