We want to fill our Assistant Manager position with someone who is self-motivated and enjoys a high energy work environment. This position is the second in command, and the right person must be able to implement the company mandate and lead by example. This is a great opportunity for a positive, friendly person who has superior customer service skills and an ability to work well under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the company's managers and make sure that orders are followed on a day-to-day basis.
- Gather information from the company's employees and analyze it to see if there are any problems or if there is any way to optimize the business.
- Handle complaints and comments from customers.
- Manage procedures for the company.
- Ensure that the company's products are at the highest standard possible.

- Investigate customers' comments.
- Make sure that orders are followed on a day-to-day basis.
- Guide employees on how they should operate under certain situations.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
