**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize power tools and equipment to construct and repair structures according to specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform
- Exterior maintenance and repair:

- Roofing (shingle and flat roof replacements)
- Fascia, trim, siding, and painting
- Gutter cleaning, resealing, and replacement
- Retaining walls
- Window washing and pressure washing
- Caulking and silicone replacement
- Moss removal and treatment
- Structural and repair work:

- Concrete repairs and sidewalk work
- Drywall removal, installation, and taping
- Door and lock replacements
- Pest-proofing and sealing small building gaps
- Deck stripping and restoration
- Framing and rot repair (posts, sheathing, fascia)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques And other trades
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform manual
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards on job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 50 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
