**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **qualified First Aid & Safety Training Instructor** to deliver **Red Cross-approved First Aid** and related **Safety Training** sessions to students enrolled in various trades programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver certified **Red Cross First Aid and CPR** training courses.
- Conduct other **health and safety workshops** as required.
- Ensure all sessions meet Red Cross and institutional training standards.
- Create an engaging and safe learning environment for students.
- Manage course logistics, attendance, and evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid **Red Cross Instructor Certification** (First Aid/CPR Level C or equivalent).
- Prior experience delivering safety or emergency response training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage adult learners effectively.
- Flexible availability (weekday sessions).

**Contract Details**:

- **Contract Type**: Independent Contractor
- **Compensation**: Competitive hourly or per-session rate (based on experience)
- **Location**: Surrey, BC (on-site training sessions)
- **Schedule**: Flexible, as per program needs
