As a Business Operations Associate, you will work within the Growth organization at Elemy to help drive our company's expansion into new verticals, with a specific focus on Ecademy, Elemy's proprietary Provider Training Program. Specifically, you will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy for Ecademy, analyzing market trends, opportunities and unmet needs to determine next steps for sustainable growth.
**What You'll Do**
- Build the future supply of Providers at Elemy
- Analyze new markets and partnership opportunities to expand the Program
- Develop reports and dashboards to analyze data and track key metrics
- Design and operationalize new standard operating procedures within new areas to drive a predictable, high-quality experience
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
- Background in Investment Banking or Management Consulting, or prior start-up experience
- Comfort with data analytics tools; proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and SQL proficiency a plus
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate new territory and design new business processes within a fast-growing business
- Perseverance to take on challenging and complex projects and push them through to completion
