**Peanuts or pistachios? There's room for everyone at Krispy Kernels.** We're looking for a full-time Substitute Network Trainer for our distribution network. Are you ready? Get your hands in the food industry: Under the supervision of the Regional Manager /Atlantic Region, you'll perform various tasks to support the sales-distribution department. One thing's sure; you'll be a key ingredient in the distribution activities of a local snack brand.

**Here are some tasks that are crisp, not just a bag of chips. Here are your key responsibilities.**:

- Training and supporting the distributor network
- Training new distributors on the operation of Mémo (handheld computer), merchandising setups, and marketing
- Replacing corporate routes
- Filling in for distributor vacations
- Conducting in-store merchandising and displays
- Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with clients
- Participating in sales activities (trade shows, store visits, business meetings, etc.)
- Conducting periodic inventory counts
- Performing any other tasks assigned by your supervisor

**Do you have the ingredients we're looking for?**:

- 2 years of experience in the retail food industry.
- Food distribution experience would be an asset.
- Travel is required, not only in NB, but other areas (NS & PEI) when needed
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Be a problem solver with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to identify and manage priorities in a constantly evolving environment
- A valid driver's license
- Bilingual in English/French, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
