**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting commercial clients and fleet operators
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Upsell additional services or vehicle features to maximize sales value
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction
- Support dealership activities such as inventory management and inventory control for high-demand vehicles
- Engage in public speaking engagements or industry events to promote brand awareness

**Experience**
- Have some knowledge of equipment and commercial vehicle sales within a dealership or automotive environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software; familiarity with inventory management tools preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual capabilities; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and telemarketing
- Background in retail sales, automotive sales, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive inventory management, retail math, and basic business mathematics
- Exceptional customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and presentation skills
