**About you / qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year’ experience working with senior team members and executive leadership in tracking and executing on compliance project deliverables.
- Adaptable, flexible, innovative, and responsive to change.
- Ability to grasp business concepts in a dynamic, fast paced, and multi-entity environment, deliver on priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with coordinating schedules, requests, and documents with internal stakeholders.
- Experience with developing reporting documents as directed.
- Experience with working with different stakeholders within the organization including senior management.
- Experience/knowledge of Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance within Compliance Function is an asset.
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program is an asset.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office & Outlook; Advanced level of Excel.

**About the day-to-day**:

- Provide daily support to the Regulatory Compliance Management program (AML/CASL/FACTA CRS/KYC) as required.
- Identify and develop process and procedures to support the Compliance function.
- Assist with the development of reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders and a regular basis.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders for the RCM activities.
- Track compliance management project deliverables.
