**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring customers sign in/sign out upon attendance
- Process new move-ins by taking credit card information and signing leases
- Maintain accurate records for each customer using Site-Link software (training to be provided if required)
- Ensure units are clean upon move-out as necessary
- Provide greater than expected customer service to all clients
- Keep current a marketing log for all incoming calls and customers to track marketing activity and how customers found the business
- Keep exterior and interior of property clean, safe and presentable
- Schedule part time staff to cover your days off, and train new staff as necessary
- Maintain online presence on Social Media
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable working alone
- A Team Player Someone who is willing to learn new skills and use their skills to help the company grow
- Reliable and Punctual
- Willing to take pride and ownership of the business to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Able to work with and supervise others

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
