**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee the carrying out of repairs and necessary maintenance for: windows fences, signage, electricity, security cameras, gates, pin pads, licenses, painting, installations, etc
- Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, such as lighting, HVAC systems, doors, locks, and security equipment,
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including lubricating moving parts, replacing filters, and inspecting electrical systems.
- Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and pressure washing.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues promptly.
- Responding to locks that need to be cut for seizure or for customer-lost keys
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural problems.
- Assists with snow removal, salting & shoveling from unit doors when need arises
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain the landscaping and grounds around the facility, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and removing debris.
- Monitor and address any drainage issues, erosion, or other landscaping concerns.
- Coordinate with landscaping contractors as needed for larger maintenance projects.
- Maintain organized storage areas for tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Order necessary materials and supplies in a timely manner to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs completed, and inventory usage.
- Report any significant maintenance issues or concerns to management promptly.
- Conduct quotations for any contracted work performed on properties, (3 quotes are required). Oversee execution of contractors and ensure work performed is consistent with work orders-work with property manager to ensure all work orders are signed off and no anomalies or inconsistency are present before submitting invoice for payment to Financial Director and Self-Storage Operations

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Maintenance Management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Leadership skills with the ability to act proactively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Certification in Project Management is a plus

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
