Customer Success Manager

**Overview**
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer needs and providing accurate and helpful information
- Manage inbound calls from customers inquiring about plumbing and HVAC services, including service requests, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and engage with both existing and potential customers
- Schedule service appointments for technicians based on their availability and customer requirements
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and efficient service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights
- Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Availability to work full-time hours, which may include daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
