***

The New Product Development Proto Shop Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, communicating and documenting all activity between the Prototype Shop, Engineering and our external/internal suppliers.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Issue PO requests for Prototype Shop parts, services and outside contractors.
- Order of parts for all Prototype Shop Engineering projects.
- Obtains quotations from vendors for prototype parts to ensure favorable quality, price and delivery terms.
- Assist with scheduling contractors for shop maintenance.
- Responsible for shipping/receiving and the coordination of parts material deliveries.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the essential functions.
- Must have demonstrated experience with MRP Systems (Oracle).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high demanding fast paced work environment.
- Experience with Share Point Proto Shop Work Request is considered an asset.
