**As an HR Assistant at Haztech, you will**:
**Support Recruitment Efforts**: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
**Facilitate Onboarding**: Help with new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and HR documentation.
**Maintain Employee Records**: Ensure personnel files are accurate and up-to-date.
**Assist with Training Coordination**: Help organize employee training sessions and track certifications.
**Provide Administrative Support**: Contribute to HR projects, data entry, and general office tasks.
**Promote a Positive Work Culture**: Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
