We are looking for a Charter Flight Coordinator to join us at our new location, responsible for the planning and execution of all activities to ensure a safe, quick, and efficient experience for customers, owners and pilots alike. If you consider yourself great at multitasking, enjoy a fast-paced environment, ability to work varying hours and accepting of changing requirements, this is the opportunity for you **JOB DUTIES**: - Scheduling of aircraft, dispatching of aircraft and flight following to ensure a smooth trip for all FlightExec customers. - Making arrangements for Customs, Fuel, Ground Transportation, Catering as well as any other flight requirements and customer unique requests - Completing pre and post flight paperwork, communicating and ensuring trip files are processed adequately for internal teams - Analyze operational conditions and identify any opportunities or roadblocks that could affect the safe operations of a flight, inclusive of, but not limited to weather, facilities, and Air Traffic Control - Assist in the administration of aircraft journey logs, technical logs, and other reporting as required - Other duties as required **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**: - Passion for the Aviation industry - Post Secondary education preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel - Experience with Aviation Software considered an asset, especially JetInsight - Must have excellent planning, organization, communication, multitasking and time management skills. - Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to pay attention to details and ensure high accuracy of work - Knowledge, experience and passion for the aviation industry considered an asset - Ability to work rotating shifts, supporting a 24/7 operation Pay: $41,000.00-$44,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care Work Location: In person
