**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes.
- Support with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests from guests.
- Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about the menu and offering recommendations when necessary.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items, food handling practices, and customer service techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, primarily Thursday and Friday evenings and weekends.
