We're seeking a Clinic Office Supervisor to champion administrative functions at our surgical facility, embodying our core values of Compassion, Quality, Innovation, and Respect. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care. Here's your chance to make a difference in a fast-paced environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support our administrative team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records while fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to optimize clinic activities and patient flow.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate scheduling and clinic usage by surgeons to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee billing processes.
- Contribute to strategic planning and liaise with stakeholders and upper management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in clinical operations and leading teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Full COVID-19 immunization required.
