**Summary **The Banquets and Events Supervisor will assist with F&B banquet operations with gross annual banquet sales of approximately $600,000. Passion with a focus on continuous improvement, and a drive to push our Service standards to the next level, are the qualities we’re looking for. The goal of the Club is to create outstanding memories for the members and this position will be a critical leader in achieving that goal.
**What you bring**
- An amazing, infectious can-do attitude with impeccable attention to detail and service standards
- Fluency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) & knowledge in Jonas POS considered an asset
**Responsibilities**
- Works with the Banquet and Events Manager and others to coordinate requirements for all functions
- Assists with the set up of events according to diagrams, set-up needs for special events
- Assists with pre-function meetings with servers to ensure smooth, efficient service;
- Acts as Head hospitality hostess at special, private functions and greet and seat guests as necessary
- Process bills and invoices for all events and functions and collects monies when possible.
