**Team Lead, Functional** **At a glance**: The Team Lead is designed to prepare individuals who are interested in elevating into a Delivery Management position and provides guidance, direction, escalation support, and leadership to ensure their projects and team are fully supported. In addition to the responsibilities stated below, the Team Lead monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and reports results to their Delivery Manager. The Team Lead works within the team, within a Principal or Project Management capacity, but with the additional 'leader' responsibilities, giving them the resources needed to fast track them into a Delivery Management role. **Your Role**: - Ability to independently lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction - Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment - Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution - Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery - Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control - Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions - Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements - Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship as well as developing or practicing your aptitude for effective people management - Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements **Your Background**: - Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field - Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general -specific industry experience - Individual has led at least 3-5 end-to-end NetSuite implementations or has worked as a NetSuite system administrator for 2+ years - NetSuite certifications highly preferred - NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation - Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
